CoDA Service Conference (CSC) - Business Meeting

The CoDA Service Conference (CSC) is CoDA World’s annual business meeting. The CSC is held each year in order to transact CoDA World business through the group conscience process. The location varies from year to year to support and help grow CoDA communities around the world. Attendees can attend this event in person or virtually via the internet.

• Sunday, July 21, 2024: Mandatory Delegate Orientation 3:00pm - 6:00pm ET

• Monday July 22, 2024 - Thursday, July 25, 2024: Business Meeting 8:00am -5:00pm ET

Who can attend?

Everyone can attend the CSC. Registration is required for all. Trusted Servants attend in one of the following roles:

CSC Delegate - Delegates are elected by a Voting Entity or Intergroup. A Delegate is a voting member at the CSC and thus votes on all CSC business.

CSC Alternate Delegate - Alternate Delegates are elected by a Voting Entity or Intergroup. An Alternate Delegate votes on all CSC business when the Voting Entity Delegate is not available for the vote.

CSC Other Attending CoDA Members - Board Members and CoRe Board Members are elected and required to attend CSC. Committee Chairs and Committee Members may attend the CoDA Service Conference (the business meeting) to give their committee report and present any motions.

*** Attendees (Delegates, Alternate Delegates or Other Attending CoDA Members) may attend in person or virtually. Registration is required. If attending virtually via the internet, instructions on how to join the meeting will be sent prior to the start of the meeting.

CSC Observer - Any person may observe the CoDA Service Conference (the business meeting). Observation may be in person or virtually.

How much does it cost to attend?

There is no charge to attend the CSC.

Interpretation Needed?

The Conference will be presented in English. If you are interested in attending and need interpretation support, please let us know 60 days before the event, if possible. When prompted at registration, indicate what language is needed in the drop-down window.

Location Information: Located in Downtown Ottawa, Delta Hotels Ottawa City Center offers guests modern accommodation with a new club lounge, dining on site, large indoor pool, and a prime downtown location near Parliament Hill and Sparks Street.
